We require all clients to provide us with a card to keep securely on file in order to schedule an appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you do not follow our cancellation & No-Show Policy.
If you're unable to keep your appointment, we ask you to please notify us of your cancellation/ reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to try and fill the appointment time with another client. Cancellations/ Reschedules made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of your service total. If you No Call/ No Show your scheduled appointment, your card on file will be charged 100% of the service(s) you were scheduled for.
