We're Reopening with New Protocols
Hello wonderful guests! We hope you're doing well and staying well!
We are very pleased to share that we are set to reopen on Friday, June 5, 2020! Again, we appreciate your patience and understanding during our time of closure.
While we are very happy about this and can't wait to see you all again, we'll need to operate in a different manner and under a new schedule, and with new protocols in place to ensure your safety and well-being and that of our team. As in the recent past, team members will work with you to schedule or reschedule your appointments.
Beginning on June 5, our new hours are:
Monday: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Stylists will work on designated teams/shifts in order to promote physical distancing. Again, our team will work with you to schedule/reschedule appointments that satisfy your schedule and our stylists' schedules.
In order to ensure safety for everyone and to make your service as comfortable, safe, calm, and clean as possible, we ask that you follow the guidelines noted below. Likewise, we've put in place new cleaning and sanitation guidelines for all team members and stylists to follow. Our protocols have been developed in accordance with our government's and Aveda's guidelines for entering the green phase.
If you have any symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or a fever above 100.3 in the last 72 hours, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
Please use our curbside pickup service as our retail area will be closed. While the retail area will remain closed to guests, please let your stylist know if you need products to purchase during your appointment. They will retrieve and bag your product for you.
If you arrive early for your appointment, please remain in your car or sit outside until your appointment time. Call the salon upon your arrival and we will let you know if your stylist is ready for your service.
Please wear a mask upon entering the salon. If you do not have one, we'll provide one for you. If you are having a chemical/color service done, we advise that you use of one of our disposable masks so that your reusable one isn't stained.
Please use hand sanitizer upon entering the salon, whether it's your own or the sanitizer we'll provide at each station.
Please leave personal belongings in your car or keep them on you.
Please do not bring any guests with you for your appointment.
We have temporarily disabled beverage services and magazine availability.
Please remain at your stylist's station unless you need to use the restroom.
A team member will assist you with check-out, pre-booking, and retail purchases from your stylist's station. We will add a temporary cleaning fee of $2.00 to each appointment to offset the costs of added cleaning supplies.
We can no longer accept cash for payment and will not require your signature upon check out. We'll need you to dip your own card or bring a pen with you if you're paying by check. Let our staff know if you plan to tip on your card. If you prefer to tip in cash, please place it in your stylist's tip jar on their station.
We will no longer use appointment cards, so please bring your own calendar, paper or electronic via a device.
We will escort you to the door once your service is complete.
We will be enforcing our cancellation policy. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment without 24 hours notice, we will need to charge you 50% of your otherwise scheduled service. As a result of our new schedule and business operations, we must enforce this policy in order to properly service all of our guests.
We understand that this is a lot to absorb! Please know just how much we appreciate you and your loyalty! Thank you again (and again!) for your patience, kindness, and patronage. We look forward to seeing you all again soon - as always, we will make sure to take great care of you as soon as we can!
