During this time of personal distancing, we wanted to make sure to stay connected with you. We'll be sending you weekly e-mail updates, as well as posting regularly on Instagram and Facebook, to provide access to:
timely information about our salon's closure status
how we're handling appointments
the products you love
ways you can still support the salon despite the distance
If you're not following us on Instagram and Facebook, please do so. We'll be using these channels, along with e-mail notifications, to keep you informed as much as we can. Please also feel free to share/re-post on your own platforms, too.
Closure Info. & Appointments
Unfortunately, we are closed indefinitely until Governor Wolf notifies us otherwise. As a result, we will remove appointments from our online booking system on a week-by-week basis.
Once we have a firm date for reopening, we will guide you through the booking process, communicate extended hours, and when we'll be able to take calls for appointments. You'll receive the cancellation notice via text and/or email, with a notation in the appointment notes for how to get in touch with us.
Don't worry - if you have an appointment scheduled for when we reopen, we will honor it and make sure that you receive your scheduled services!
Importantly, we understand how difficult this is - you want to look good and feel good, especially now. As soon as we're able to open, we look forward to pampering you! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we work through something that is completely new to us.
Who doesn't need a little retail therapy right now? Whether you need to stock up on your trusted Aveda products or just want to try something new, you can do so through our Aveda store - and from the comfort of your home. Simply visit our website and select the Shop Aveda button on the top right side of the header. This will take you directly to our online Aveda store.
Show Your Support
As you can imagine, an event like this hits our industry (and so many others) like a ton of bricks - ceasing regular operations. Here are a few ways in which you can show your support for our local salon:
Purchase an eGift Card. This can be used for both product and future services.
Purchase Aveda products from our online store, noted above.
If you happen to order directly from aveda.com, make sure to select our salon during the checkout process. Aveda compensates our salon.
Consider a donation to the Horst Rechelbacher Foundation COVID-19 Relief Grant. These grants will provide financial assistance to beauty professionals or students of beauty programs whose lives have been dramatically changed by mandated closures.
Support without spending - just share your love. Write us a review or give us a shout out on social media and we'll make sure to thank you kindly.
